The AL3 six-port muzzle brake with Concussion/Blast Redirector Sleeve is a dual-purpose device. With the sleeve removed, the AL3 muzzle brake is designed for flat shooting, effectively reducing muzzle flip and recoil, which allows the shooter to stay on target for accurate follow-up shots. When the sleeve is attached, the device converts your muzzle into a linear compensator, pushing the blast downrange, away from the shooter, and directly forward. This is a very effective device while shooting in the prone position, as it prevents the formation of a dust and debris cloud which may impact your ability to stay on target. This device is also perfect for gun ranges where your firearm may be extremely loud and concussive. Pushing the blast away from the shooting line will enhance the experience of all shooters around you.

Installation Recommendations

    A Muzzle Brake that is not a "Loudener"

    I think the AL-3 is a great Muzzle Brake and not nasty with the sound. I tried my JP Rifles Brake first on my RRA AR-15. It is a wonderful Brake, but quite loud especially if your range has you under a covered area. The AL-3 kept muzzle rise down but sent the extra noise forward. I liked it enough to purchase one for my son's Savage 308. I plan on doing some additional tests with the Sound Re-Director on and off. I will re-post... Yes, I would recommend it to a friend.     Purchased a DB15 Pistol. Was warned by many that the flash and sound are unmanageable. Took it all in stride, and looked to Kineti-Tech for a solution. I purchased this muzzle break / sound re-director as my cure. Sure enough it has performed flawlessly. The noise goes straight toward the target, and the massive fireball does too!!!! I am very pleased with this product for my 7.5 inch barreled AR15 pistol. I highly recommend any of the muzzle breaks, noise re-directors, and suppressors that Kineti_Tech makes......

    I ordered this muzzle brake after reading a lot of good reviews. I liked the look of it in the pictures. I received it very quickly. It is machined very nicely with no tooling marks. Its a very good looking piece. I installed it and took it out to the range. It performed flawlessly. It greatly reduced recoil and muzzle flip. I also really like the included sound redirector. It definitely helps with the noise and helps keep you from deafening the shooters in the lanes next to yours.

    this has to be the coolest design i've seen, basically 2 units in one - you can direct everything forward with the shell on, or remove it for more standard function. and the thing is super light weight! it's perfect for my 10-22 build which is intentionally bare bones and super light.

    This muzzle brake works great. Installed it on my M&P 22 pistol. Reduces recoil and redirects the sound. Customer service with this company is outstanding.

    This was just what I was looking for to put on my .92 inch 10/22 bull barrel. The fit and finish is perfect. Be sure to order the clocking rings if you want to line things up perfectly.

    Works great on my 22 ruger pistol. Perfect fit and helps w/recoil. Just what I was looking for. You can use both together or separately.
