The AL3 six-port muzzle brake with Concussion/Blast Redirector Sleeve is a dual-purpose device. With the sleeve removed, the AL3 muzzle brake is designed for flat shooting, effectively reducing muzzle flip and recoil, which allows the shooter to stay on target for accurate follow-up shots. When the sleeve is attached, the device converts your muzzle into a linear compensator, pushing the blast downrange, away from the shooter, and directly forward. This is a very effective device while shooting in the prone position, as it prevents the formation of a dust and debris cloud which may impact your ability to stay on target. This device is also perfect for gun ranges where your firearm may be extremely loud and concussive. Pushing the blast away from the shooting line will enhance the experience of all shooters around you.

Installation Recommendations

• This muzzle device requires port timing. It is recommended to install this muzzle device with a crush washer, clocking rings, or shims.

    The item does exactly what it was intended to do! I tried it both ways, with/without the shroud, and of course the difference was dramatic!! It just depends what mood you're in, as to whether or not you want to annoy the shit out of the neighboring shooters, or be "Mr. Nice Guy", "Mr. Considerate". And since I was the 1st at the range the other morning, it didn't matter. Kineti-Tech is a great company to do business with, fast delivery, and Mike in Customer Service is most helpful.     Most underrated brake of the year

    I absolutely love the way this worked on my 11.5 inch SBR in 5.56 so I got one for my 7.62x39 AR 10 inch and its better than the 5.56 brake even.Helps to tame the beast like no other.Awesome.!!

    Hi guys, this is one review I don't mind writing, excellent product , arrived in just a few days , does exactly as advertised , easy install took couple minutes, cuts muzzle rise by at least 50%, looks really cool to.     Like my headline says, it's easy to put on (5minutes). I have a 7.5 SBR and with that short of a barrel I needed something to redirect the blast away from my face. Side blast and back blast are gone and plus it makes it tactikool! I'm actually thinking of buying a couple more of the outer covers!

    got this product in quickly it fit right out of the box looks great and works well on my AR10 308 much less recoil felt in gun

    Easy install. Went to the range the next day and noticed no more side and back blast. No perceptible increase in recoil. Fine product.
