Shrouds will fit ALL carbine length rifles including BULL BARRELS.

Quality made here in the USA of 6061 T6 aircraft aluminum.  Item slips over the barrel giving it a very aggressive short barrel look and really sets off the look of the gun....very nice.

 

Shorter one will fit all weapons that have 4-3/4" of barrel to cover with no obstructions

Longer one will fit all weapons that have at least 5-5/8" of barrel to cover with no obstructions

For the shroud to fit inside your hand gaurd/rail the opening of your rail must be at least 1-1/2" inside diameter.

 

We suggest the following for you gun as long as they meet the above specs also

Longer Shroud 6-1/2" (covers 5-3/4" of your barrel)

  • Standard carbine AR (can be short also)
  • MP 15/22 that has a THREAD ADAPTER installed on an non threaded barrel ( Perfect fit for these guns with adapters. fits tightly inside the front dust cover area**)

 

Shorter Shroud 5-5/8" (covers 4-3/4" of your barrel)

  • Standard carbine AR (can be longer also)
  • MP 15/22 with threaded barrel (PERFECT length for these guns)

Through Hole - 5/16"  (for .556 .223 and .22)
Shroud Length -  6.5  or 5.625
Diameter - 1- 1/2"
Max barrel Diameter - 1.2" (These shrouds WILL fit bull barrels also) 
Thread - 1/2" - 28
Thread Length - 5/8"
Finish - Harcoat Anodized MIL-A-8625F Type III / Color as Shown

Any other rifle with 1/2" -28 threads that meet the specs above.

    I am very pleased with the way this turned out. If you are trying to make your 16 inch barrel dissappear this is definitely the way to go. I was worried that that this would look like a soup can threaded on my gun. I was totally wrong. The shroud is a perfect fit for the rifle and is thin and compact, sleek and adds so much to the gun. Everyone that has looked at it wants to order one and its the coolest gun on the block! Granted, it is a cosmetic piece, but I now have a larbbge forward grip on my barrel that has provided me with the ability to hold on while shooting. I do believe it's easier to hold on to the barrel instead of the forward grip. My wishlist for this would be a 7 inch shroud that goes all the way to the gas block but until it's made I am 100% happy with my order!

    The Multi Hole shroud allowed us to install spikes and the threaded end cap allowed us to add a muzzle device to the shroud and still maintain the looks of a 16" barrel. The purpose of the spikes and adding an aggressive type muzzle device was for the customer who is an animal control officer to keep animals at bay. This set up was a success.     I added the muzzle brake and it works well enough. Overall quality is awesome. Fits perfectly. for my midlength gas system.

    After looking at several other company's offerings, I decided on Kineti-Tech due to their diversity of options. They just so happen to be one of the cheapest as well. Well built, received in prefect condition, super easy to install. Will definitely buy more.
