We can ship to virtually any address in the USA ONLY. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Please note: The post office / UPS does not refund for weather delays or acts of god. Do not expect a refund for shipping charges under those same policies.
RUSH ORDERS: Rush orders are put ahead of all other orders and shipped 1st class mail with tracking and delivery confirmation. This does not include weekends or holidays as there is no pick up here during those times. You MAY get your tracking number on the weekend as we try to stay as effecient as possible, but again it will not leave until the next business day.
IE: If you order on Friday after 8am do not expect your order to leave until that Monday or next business day.
We choose the post office for the cheapest service. If you decide for a refund strictly do to a postal delay and the item is already on its way you must contact us for a RMA number. The package must be sent back UNOPENED with the RMA number on it.
If a lost package is due to an error that Kineti-Tech caused then we will provide a full refund or replace the lost package. Kineti-Tech will not be liable for the loss of shipment if the tracking status shows "Delivered." Please contact the shipping carrier or local law enforcement to file a claim in this situation.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the address provided to us is correct and current. If the package is lost due to the customer providing incorrect or incurrent address then Kineti-Tech is not responsible for the loss.
If you have a shipping question and already have a tracking number please call 1-800-ask-usps. Thats the direct number to the post office and the information they give you would be the same information they give us.
Kineti-Tech LLC stands behind all products that we manufacturer and warrant against any manufacturing defects.
If you have received a product that has been damaged in transit you must contact us with 3 business days of delivery for a replacement. Please retain all packaging incase of further data collection regarding your product replacement.
All products will be fully inspected for use, wear marks, debris from use before moving forward with a refund or exchange. Returning a product that has been used, damaged, or fired through is not eligible for refund or exchange.
Customers must contact us within 10 business days to arrange a refund or product exchange on factory new items still on the original packaging. Any product returned used will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their own expense.
All refundable returns are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee.
Shipping charges on returns are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable unless the return is due to the error of Kineti-Tech order processing.
Before returning product back to us, please contact us by email to receive an approved RMA# to return the product. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED WITHOUT FIRST OBTAINING A RETURN MERCHANDIZE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Kineti-Tech will NOT be held responsible for lost or damaged items caused by return packages. Tracking number and insurance on return merchandise are highly recommended.
